Whole-child education. Biblical truth. Real-world learning.

Our Philosophy

Bringing It Back to Basics

Too many people have overcomplicated learning. Here at The Greenhouse, there are no fancy terms or techniques. The soil is already rich. With good nutrition, movement, and preparation in prayer, every child’s mind already has what it takes to succeed.

We’re bringing it back to our first love—no overcomplicated techniques, no unnecessary practices. Here, we make learning fun, and we let each child’s own strengths and gifts be the compass, walking alongside them to strengthen every part of who they are.

Whole Child. Whole Purpose.

Learning designed around how children grow.

Spirit

Faith and character aren’t a subject we schedule in. Biblical truth is the lens children learn to see themselves, their work, and the world through.

Academic learning

Mind

We teach to mastery, not the calendar—prioritizing literacy, writing and communication while building strong mathematical, scientific and historical understanding.

Body

Movement, nutrition, nature and healthy rhythms aren’t a break from learning—we treat them as part of it.

Life

Children practice creativity, collaboration, problem-solving, cooking, making and serving—skills that connect what they learn to how they’ll actually live.

Known by name

Personalized by design.

Small-group learning means a teacher actually notices things: the question a child almost didn’t ask, the concept that finally clicked, the quiet moment when confidence starts to show. A standardized classroom doesn’t have room for that kind of attention. We built ours around it.

Children move forward when they’ve actually mastered something—not because a calendar says it’s time. A child’s academics, character, and emotional growth aren’t separate boxes to check; they’re one developing person, and we treat them that way.

Character is cultivated

Formed through real life, not just talked about.

Honesty & Courage

Children are encouraged to speak truth, ask questions, attempt difficult things and grow through mistakes.

Diligence & Stewardship

Meaningful work, shared spaces and practical responsibilities help children learn to care well for what God has entrusted to them.

Kindness & Gratitude

Relationships provide daily opportunities to practice consideration, appreciation, service and restoration when conflict happens.

Where Community Takes Root

Not just a school—a village.

The Greenhouse isn’t just where children learn—it’s where families find their people. Small by design, our community gives children lifelong friendships and gives parents a village walking the same road, not just a school to drop off at.
